Q: How does a KOJI STUDIO session work?
 
A: Upon arrival, you'll check in and begin your 30-minute session. You'll have 10 minutes to capture unlimited self-directed photos, 10 minutes to select your favorite 4 images, and 10 minutes while we professionally print your XL photo strips.

Q: What's included in my booking?

A: Each booking includes the number of XL photo strips included with your selected package, a protective clear sleeve for your prints, and digital copies of your completed photo strip plus the 4 selected images from your session.

Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: Yes. Appointments are required at this time. We are not currently accepting walk-ins.

Q: How many people can join a session?

A: The maximum group size depends on the package you book:

• 1 XL Strip: Up to 2 guests

• 2 XL Strips: Up to 3 guests

• 3 XL Strips: Up to 3 guests

Please book the package that best fits your group size.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

A: Yes! You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

Q: What happens if I'm late?

A: Your session will still end at its scheduled time, so late arrivals will result in less shooting time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.

Q: How many photos do we take?

A: You can take unlimited photos during your 10-minute shooting period, then select your favorite 4 images to be included on your XL photo strip.

Q: Will we receive digital copies?

A: Yes! Digital copies of your completed photo strip and your 4 selected images will be emailed to you after your session.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: At this time, pets are not permitted inside the studio.

Q: Can children participate?

A: Yes! Children all ages are welcome to participate. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: Where are you located?

A:We're located in Bucktown, Chicago at 1726 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL.

Q: Is parking available nearby?

A: Yes! Free street parking is available nearby. Parking can fill up quickly on weekends, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow extra time.
